Kitemark Certified: PAS 125
PAS 125 is designed to provide the Bodyshop with the processes and procedures directly related to the safe repair of accident damaged vehicles. The Kitemark PAS 125 standard details requirements for competent personnel, appropriate and well-maintained equipment, suitable repair methods and quality for repair materials.
Obviously this is a standard that has been brought in to ensure safe repairs are carried out and Thatcham and BSI are advising Insurance Companies to only approve repairers who have this Kitemark. This is definitely the future of accident damage repair so as to decrease the amount of accidents, injuries and casualties that may happen due to poor repairs previously been carried out. Fiat Approved Repairer
John Thompson Autorestorers Ltd have now been appointed the islands Fiat approved repairer. This ranges from the very popular Fiat 500 up to the much larger Fiat Ducato in the light commercial range. We will be carrying out repairs and warranty work on the full range.
